Eucharist: Meat and Bread
Exodus 29:31-33
"And thou shalt take the ram of the consecration, and shalt boil the flesh thereof in the holy place: And Aaron and his sons shall eat it. The loaves also, that are in the basket, they shall eat it in the entry of the tabernacle of the testimony, that it may be an atoning sacrifice, and the hands of the offereres may be sanctified. A stranger shall not eat of them, because they are holy"
Matthew 26:26
And whilst they were at supper, Jesus took bread, and blessed, and broke: and gave to his disciples, and said: Take ye, and eat. This is my body.
The Old Covenant sacrifice involved the offering up of meat and bread, and then the consuming of that meat and bread.
The New Covenant sacrifice involves offering up bread, turned Body of Christ (meat), and then the consuming of that meat, under the accidents of bread.
